Simply Accurate Survey is a one man band initiative.

My service is set up in contrast to big surveying companies and I can be very competitive pricing for small or medium size projects.

I have a degree in engineering surveying and I have been in geomatics business since 2005. I have been working on a freelance basis since 2012 and worked with many architects, estate agents, building contractors, landscape designers, private land owners. On top of many years of experience I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Engineering Surveyors and strive to contribute into my professional development. I am CRB checked.

Land Measured Surveys

Carried out with robotic total station, suitable for a design purposes or land registration.

Internally Measured Survey

Mixture of techniques are used, I have experience in both commercial and domestic properties.

Elevations

To supplement the internally measured survey, mostly for a design or re-design of existing structure.

Useful drawings to help visualise a property or land, showing levels at a predefined datum.

3D Data Collection

I have gained substantial experience in 3D measured surveys. I worked for both private and commercial sector. Projects I worked on include: roads and junctions, land estates, disused railway lines, schools, hospitals, military bases, small rivers and wetlands, golf courses. I have been involved in laser scanning, GPS surveys, topographical surveys, utility surveys, measured building surveys, elevations, creating Digital Terrain Models (DTM), boundary surveys.

I am able to produce all necessary digital formats that a client may need. Most of the work I do is located in the area of North London, Hertfordshire and Essex but I can upon request pick up work in neighbouring counties.

Dimensionally Measured Surveys

This types of surveys form mainframe of my work. Working with architects and designers, collecting spatial data for internally measured surveys with existing elevations and cross-sections almost on daily basis. Surveying to produce land measured surveys with drainage information overlaid onto the drawing is also daily-bread for me.

The experience with conducting many measured surveys in a professional and timely manner, at competitive prices, is my strongest suit.
